How I use my Weekly Planner

How I use my Weekly Planner

Every Sunday evening I spend 15-30 minutes planning the week ahead. It gives me a lot of energy and minimizes stress when I know what I am in for.

Take your time

Take your time

What is a break? To me, a break is not just a pause in work or during an activity. Breaks are a vital part of our everyday lives. And often we forget to take real breaks. Meaning uninterrupted time where we lose sense of time and space and enjoy a good book, a fruitful conversation or a moment with pen and paper. Time on the couch with our smartphones can be fine but it's not the same.

Making the Best of Winter Break

Making the Best of Winter Break

Do you have a Winter Break coming up? I do. I will be traveling to Berlin with my little family to visit my sister and her family. I am packing....surprise: my Travel Journal and a good pen (and my diary of course).

New notebook goodies for you

New notebook goodies for you

New year, new colors. I have found new color crushes for you guys. See the beautiful rose cloth for our popular Hardcover Journal - this one with ruled sheets of 100 gsm cream white paper. We also added an amazing forest green for the blank page hardcover journal.

Time to reflect

Time to reflect

I proudly present my fifth guided journal, the Reflections Journal. Last year, I started doing workshops about the importance of "analogue breaks", the benefits of writing and why we still need paper in a digital world. People tell me that it is hard to start journaling, even though they want to. The Reflections Journal presents a new question to reflect upon every day.

A good start to 2020

A good start to 2020

Welcome new year! I love December but at the end of the month I just long for the new year to begin! I am excited to break in my new calendars for real and plan the coming months. January is real tough in Denmark - dark, cold and humid. So I try to focus on the good things that are awaiting (like Spring!) and plan ahead so I have journeys, weekend trips, social gatherings etc. to look forward to.
